What to expect from a Footbath Session:Before we begin the ionic footbath you will be checked to determine the appropriate settings for the session. We use only distilled water for the ion cleanse, we do add small amounts of sea salt to create the right amount of ionization to facilitate the release of toxins. Your feet are placed in approximately 1 ½ gallons of warmed distilled water. You have the opportunity to read, listen to music or mediate during the cleanse, we discourage you from using your cellular phone during this process.
Considerations: Please know if you have any open sores, cuts on the feet, you will feel the salt in the water; this may be uncomfortable for some. If you have metal joints or pins you may feel some discomfort from the electromagnetic field.
Who should not use the Body Cleanse?
- A person with a pacemaker or battery operated electrical implant.
- Pregnant or lactating women.
It is important to drink quality water during and after the Body Cleanse. A light snack prior to the session should also be considered.
